By visiting or making a purchase from Import Crate Wholesale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all purchases made on Import Crate Wholesale or through any affiliated sales channels.

4. Account & Security

  • You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed online through your Import Crate Wholesale account.
  • All purchases must be made using an approved payment method (credit card, wire transfer, Zelle, or PayPal, with restrictions).
  • Orders over $2,000 require bank/wire transfer as the payment method.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • We ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as select international destinations.
  • Shipping rates are based on the number of packages rather than total weight.
  • Orders exceeding a full carton capacity will be split into multiple shipments, increasing shipping costs.
  • Import Crate Wholesale is not responsible for carrier delays or shipping issues beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges – All Sales Final

As a wholesale distributor, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is due to an error on our part, including:
✅ Incorrect items received (must match order confirmation).
✅ Defective or damaged items (verified upon delivery).

Returns will NOT be accepted for:
❌ Buyer’s remorse.
❌ Unsold inventory.
❌ Minor packaging variations.

How to Report an Issue

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and photos of the issue.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. If an item is not as described, your sole remedy is to report the issue for review under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

8A. Marketplace Resale Policy

Import Crate Wholesale products may not be resold on third-party online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms without prior written consent. We do not support dropshipping arrangements. We reserve the right to deny or terminate wholesale accounts that violate this policy.

8B. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

To protect brand integrity and maintain fair competition among our retailers, we require all wholesale partners to honor the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as listed on our website. Advertising or publicly listing products below MSRP is not allowed. Violations may result in account suspension or termination. 

9. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All site content, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Import Crate Wholesale and its licensors.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Modify or reverse-engineer our website or its content.
  • Use data mining, robots, or similar tools to extract data.
  • Resell or exploit our services without authorization.
  • Use our trademarks or branding without permission.

11. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • Our site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.

  • Any disputes must be resolved through confidential arbitration in Dallas, Texas.
