Placing an Order

To place an order, log in to your Import Crate Wholesale account. Once logged in, you can:

• Order online at discounted prices.
• Email us a Purchase Order on your company letterhead. Be sure to include:
  • Contact name
  • Phone number
  • Shipping and billing addresses

Processing & Delivery Time

• Order Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
• Transit Time: Most U.S. orders are delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination. Some shipments may take longer.
• International Orders: If you have a scheduled container departure, we recommend placing your order at least 20 business days in advance to ensure timely processing and delivery.

Our website is protected by SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer), an industry-standard security protocol that safeguards your data. When you access our checkout page:

• You will automatically connect to a secure server (HTTPS) instead of HTTP.
• All information is encrypted and securely transmitted, ensuring confidentiality during your purchase.

Sales Tax Requirements

A valid Sales Tax ID is required for all wholesale purchases.

Phone Orders

Wholesale customers with an existing account and credit card on file can place orders by phone. Simply contact your Sales Representative directly.
