How Automatic Replenishment Works

1. Select an eligible wholesale product. Choose the fragrance, design, case, or master-carton option you want to receive.
2. Choose automatic replenishment. Select the recurring purchase option shown on the product page.
3. Select your preferred schedule. Available shipment frequencies may vary by product.
4. Complete your first order. Your selected payment method will be used for future scheduled orders.
5. Manage future shipments. Review upcoming orders through your customer account and make changes when needed.

Products That Work Well for Replenishment

Automatic replenishment is especially useful for products with steady repeat demand, including wholesale car air freshener cases, hanging air fresheners, vent clips, fragrance sprays, under-seat air fresheners, and other frequently restocked automotive fragrance products.

Popular replenishment options may include Treefrog Fresh Box, Top Fresh, Young Leaf, Lucky Leaf, My Shaldan, and other products that regularly sell through at automotive and lifestyle retailers.

Shipping and Billing

Each scheduled shipment is processed as a new wholesale order. Product availability, shipping charges, taxes, and any applicable discounts are determined when that order is processed.

Shipping is calculated for each shipment based on the products ordered, delivery address, package weight, and available shipping method.

Changes to pricing, inventory availability, or shipping rates may affect future scheduled orders.

Assorted Master Cartons

Some master-carton listings offer an Assorted option. Assorted-carton requirements vary by product line, including the number of cases required per carton.

Follow the assorted-carton instructions shown on the applicable product page and provide the requested case breakdown in the Order Special Instructions box.

Unless updated before a future shipment is processed, the most recently approved assortment may be used for recurring assorted-carton orders.

If an item is unavailable, the scheduled order may be delayed, adjusted, substituted with approval, or canceled. Your account representative may contact you when action is required.

Assorted cartons may be eligible when the product page offers an Assorted option. Follow the product-specific case requirements and assortment instructions.
