Instead of rebuilding the same order each time, eligible products can be scheduled for delivery every month, every two months, or every three months. Individual case ordering remains available as usual.

How Automatic Replenishment Works

Choose the fragrance, design, case, or master-carton option you want to receive.

Choose automatic replenishment

Select the recurring purchase option shown on the applicable product page.

Select your delivery schedule

Choose monthly, every two months, or every three months. Available frequencies may vary by product.

Complete your first order

Your selected payment method will be used for future scheduled orders.

Manage upcoming deliveries

Review future orders through your customer account and make adjustments when needed.

Automatic replenishment is best suited for products that your business purchases repeatedly. Eligible options may include wholesale cases and select master cartons from:

Savings, Shipping, and Billing

Eligible automatic replenishment orders receive 2% savings.

Each scheduled shipment is processed as a new wholesale order. The payment method saved for the recurring order will be charged when the next order is processed.

  • Eligible master cartons receive free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
  • Shipping for case orders is calculated according to the delivery address, package weight, and available shipping method.
  • Taxes, product pricing, shipping rates, and inventory availability are determined when each scheduled order is processed.
  • Future pricing or shipping changes may affect the final order total.

Automatic Replenishment for Assorted Master Cartons

Some master-carton listings include an Assorted option that allows multiple case selections within one carton.

Assortment requirements vary by product line. Follow the instructions shown on the applicable product page and enter the requested case breakdown in the Order Special Instructions box.

Unless the assortment is updated before the next scheduled order, the most recently approved case breakdown may be used for future shipments. Contact Import Crate Wholesale before the next processing date when changes are needed.

What happens if a product is unavailable?

Yes, on eligible listings. Follow the assortment instructions shown on the product page and provide the required case breakdown.
