Shipping & Delivery

Import Crate ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, via FedEx or UPS. We also accept international orders, but additional charges and import requirements may apply.

How Shipping Rates Are Calculated

Shipping carriers calculate costs based on the number of packages in an order, not just total weight. If an order exceeds a full carton’s capacity, it is processed as an additional package, which may increase shipping costs. This is a standard carrier practice and not controlled by us.

How to Reduce Shipping Costs:

✔ Order in full cartons whenever possible.
✔ If your order is close to exceeding a carton size, adjust quantities to fit within a single carton.
✔ Contact us before checkout if you need help optimizing your shipping costs.

Local Orders Under $500

For local customers with orders under $500, we recommend visiting our mall locations in the DFW area. This allows you to:

✔ Get products faster

Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after payment verification.
  • Bulk orders (one pallet or more) may require 3–5 business days for processing.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most ground shipments arrive within 5–10 business days after being shipped.

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order.

  • Most prices already include shipping charges.
  • For products without included shipping, the total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
  • Carriers: Multiple carriers may be used
  • Delivery Restrictions:
    • No shipments to P.O. boxes
    • Alaska & Hawaii shipments may take longer
    • Signature required for orders over $100

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping applies only to standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Alaska & Hawaii Orders

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping fees.

International Orders

  • We accept international orders. However, customers are responsible for:
    • All taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and import-related costs.
    • Compliance with local import laws.
  • International delivery times vary by location and carrier. Contact us for details before placing an order.

Redelivery Fees

If the shipping address provided at checkout is invalid, and a change of address is requested after the shipment has been processed, a $15 per package fee will apply. This is a fee charged to us by FedEx.
