International Wholesale Customers
We welcome international buyers looking to purchase our wholesale products, including Treefrog, Shaldan, and Diax air fresheners. While we do not ship directly outside the U.S., we work with international resellers via freight forwarding or U.S.-based agents.
How to Order from Outside the U.S.
Option 1: Use a U.S.-Based Freight Forwarder
If you're located outside the U.S., you may place an order on our website and have it shipped to a freight forwarder or a U.S.-based agent of your choice. Most of our international customers use this method.
Steps to Get Started:
- Register an Account – Sign up on our website. Need help? [Contact us] for assistance.
- Account Approval – Once approved, you’ll gain access to distributor pricing.
- Coordinate Shipping – Work with your freight forwarder to arrange final delivery to your destination country.
Option 2: You Have a U.S. Business Address
If your company has a physical presence in the U.S., you can place orders like any domestic wholesale customer once your account is approved.
Minimum Order Requirements
- Initial Order: Minimum of 1 pallet, mixable across any of our product lines (Fresh Box, accessories, etc.)
- Container Orders: Available by request. A Letter of Intent on company letterhead is required to receive bulk container pricing.

Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: Wire Transfer or SWIFT
- Required Documents: An official Purchase Order (PO) on your company letterhead is required for each order.
- Note: All transaction and intermediary bank fees must be paid by the sender. Orders are not processed until payment is received in full.
Pricing & Product Samples
- Pricing: Subject to change. Log in or contact your Sales Representative for current rates.
- Samples: We do not provide free samples, but Sampler Packages are available for purchase. If you place a qualifying bulk order later, we may credit the cost of your sampler toward your first shipment.
How to Place an Order
- Online: Register and order directly through our website once approved.
- By Email (Optional): You may also email a Purchase Order with your company details (contact name, billing/shipping info, phone number, etc.).
Lead Time & Shipping
- Processing Time: 5–10 business days for most orders
- Large Orders: Pallets or container orders may take longer depending on quantity
- Transit Time in U.S.: Typically 5–10 business days (longer during peak shipping periods)
⚠️ Planning a container shipment? Place your order at least 30 business days in advance of the departure date to ensure timely delivery.
