Wholesale Account Requirements

Can I sell your products on Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces?

No. To protect our brand and support our retail partners, we do not approve wholesale accounts for marketplace resellers or drop-shippers. Selling on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar is not permitted. Wholesale accounts must be tied to a legitimate storefront or established online shop.

Q: Can I set my own prices when reselling your products?

We require all wholesale partners to follow our MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) as listed on our website. Undercutting our pricing when advertising or listing products for sale—whether online or in-store—is not allowed. This helps protect brand value and ensures fairness across all our retail partners.

Membership Levels & Bulk Pricing

Q: What membership levels do you offer?

We offer three membership levels based on annual spending:

  • Basic Member – Default level for all new customers.
  • Silver Member – Spend $5,000+ annually and unlock automatic discounts on all products.
  • Gold Member – Spend $10,000+ annually or purchase by the pallet to receive our best pricing.

Q: How does bulk pricing work?

  • Basic Members pay standard pricing.
  • Silver & Gold Members receive exclusive discounts automatically when logged in.

Q: Can Basic Members qualify for discounts?

Basic Members don’t receive automatic discounts but can upgrade to Silver or Gold Membership by meeting the annual spending requirements.

Q: How do I upgrade my membership level?

  • Silver Membership is automatically applied when your annual purchases reach $5,000.
  • Gold Membership is automatically applied when your annual purchases reach $10,000 or when ordering by the pallet.

Q: Do I need to be logged in to see my discounted pricing?

Yes. Once logged in, you’ll see pricing based on your membership level:

  • Basic Members see standard pricing.
  • Silver & Gold Members see their discounted prices reflected in product listings.

Q: Can I mix and match scents to qualify for bulk pricing?

Yes, you can mix and match scents, but each case contains only one scent unless stated as Assorted. Assorted cases will be clearly labeled in the product description.

Q: How can I check if I’m receiving the correct discount?

Once logged in:

  • Silver & Gold Members will see their discounted prices automatically applied.
  • Basic Members will see standard pricing without discounts.

Q: Can I combine bulk pricing with other promotions?

No, membership discounts and bulk pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically mentioned in a promotion.
