Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Import Crate Wholesale, we strive to ensure that all orders are accurately processed and meet our high-quality standards. Since we are a wholesale supplier, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that errors or damages may occasionally occur, and we are here to assist in those situations.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is due to an error on our part. This includes:
✅ Incorrect items received – If you received the wrong products compared to your order confirmation.
✅ Defective or damaged items – If products arrive damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing issues.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
❌ Buyer’s remorse – All sales are final; we do not accept returns based on changes of preference.
❌ Unsold inventory – We cannot accept returns for items that did not sell.
❌ Minor packaging variations – Slight variations in packaging that do not affect product quality or functionality.
Reporting an Issue
To request a return or exchange for an eligible issue, you must:
- Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product details, and photos showing the issue.
- Await confirmation from our team before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Resolution Options
- For incorrect or defective items, we will offer a replacement or apply a credit to your account for future purchases.
- In cases of shipping damage, we may require a claim to be filed with the carrier before issuing a resolution.
We appreciate your understanding that wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable outside of these conditions. If you have any concerns about a product before ordering, please contact your Sales Representative for guidance.
