Your Guide to U.S. Freight Forwarding for Japanese Car Products

Your Guide to U.S. Freight Forwarding for Japanese Car Products

If you're outside the United States and want to purchase Treefrog, Shaldan, or Diax air fresheners in bulk, the most efficient way to receive your products is by using a U.S.-based freight forwarder. This method allows international buyers to access our full catalog and ship through their preferred logistics providers—whether you're ordering by the pallet or the container.

Import Crate Wholesale has helped dozens of buyers in South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia arrange freight forwarding for bulk orders. This guide walks you through how it works and how to get started.

Step 1: Register for a Wholesale Account

Start by creating a wholesale account with us so you can browse pricing, order requirements, and available product lines.

Step 2: Choose Your Freight Forwarder

You can work with any U.S.-based freight forwarder or shipping agent of your choice. Many of our international customers use agents based in:

  • Florida (for South America-bound shipments)
  • California or Texas (for Pacific or Asia-bound shipments)

Provide your forwarder’s U.S. warehouse address during checkout or in your order confirmation process.

Step 3: Place Your Order

Once your account is approved, you can submit your first wholesale order online or by email. Orders are shipped to your freight forwarder’s warehouse, who will then consolidate and ship to your final destination country.

We accept wire transfer or SWIFT payments for international buyers. Orders are shipped only after payment is received in full.

Minimums and Volume Options

  • Minimum order for international buyers: One pallet (mix-and-match allowed)
  • Container orders: Available with a Letter of Intent on your company letterhead

Why Use Freight Forwarding?

  • More control over international shipping costs
  • Ability to consolidate orders with other U.S. suppliers
  • Faster delivery compared to postal-based shipping methods
  • Ideal for buyers building mixed containers of American products
